Warranty

All products that we carry are backed by the original manufacturers' warranties:

Arason Enterprises

All products including mattresses carry a 12-month warranty in household use against defects in material and workmanship.

Not covered under warranty are damages from abuse or misuse, accident carelessness, improper installation, repair, alteration or modification of the product, weather, fire, flood, "acts of God", improper storage/use, deterioration from excessive wear or exposure, mattress soiling, intentional damage, vandalism, neglect or misuse for its designated purpose, normal wear and tear.

Arason Enterprises will, at their discretion, replace or repair items or otherwise mutually agree to settle the warranty claim after appropriate analysis.
