Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
Items delivered by commercial motor freight require a delivery signature. Please view our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
Also contact us immediately if have noted delivery damage.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your selection, you may return for refund an undamaged or non-defective product within the first 30 days of receipt of the item with the following restrictions or conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, items must unused and in new-like condition. All original packaging and documentation also must be returned.
- Customer shall be responsible for all return freight. Please note that the freight charge for a cabinet bed may cost several hundred dollars.
- Contact us to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number). A return without authorization is subject to refusal.
- Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer’s original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. For items that arrived on pallets or for items that were shrink wrapped, the same care is required for returns. Contact us for assistance if you do not have access to these shipping items.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of return authorization.
- Once the items are received and fully inspected for condition, all parts and pieces, and proper packaging, and upon our satisfaction with the returned items, we will then issue the refund.
